Brexalonmmshor provides professional landscape design and installation services. Due to the custom nature of our services, our return and refund policy is designed to be fair to both our clients and our business.
Design consultation fees are non-refundable once design work has commenced. If you cancel before design work begins, you may be eligible for a partial refund of any deposit paid, minus any administrative fees.
If you are not satisfied with the initial design concepts, we will work with you to make revisions within the scope of your design package. Additional revisions beyond the included amount may incur additional fees.
Once installation work has begun, cancellation may result in charges for work completed, materials ordered, and any applicable cancellation fees as outlined in your service agreement.
If you are unsatisfied with completed installation work, please contact us within 30 days to discuss potential remedies. We are committed to ensuring your satisfaction and will work with you to address any legitimate concerns.
Plants installed as part of our services are covered by our plant warranty, which typically covers replacement of plants that fail to establish within the first growing season, provided proper care instructions are followed.
Plants cannot be returned once installed. If a plant fails to thrive due to our installation error or defective plant material, we will replace it at no additional cost within the warranty period.
Hardscape materials such as pavers, stone, and other structural elements are custom-ordered for your project and cannot be returned once ordered. If materials are defective or damaged upon delivery, we will arrange for replacement at no cost to you.
Changes to the agreed-upon design or scope of work after installation has begun may result in additional charges. All change orders must be approved in writing before work proceeds.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process it within 14 business days of approval. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the transaction.
If you have concerns about our services or wish to request a refund, please contact us directly. We are committed to resolving disputes fairly and promptly. Most issues can be resolved through direct communication.
We are not liable for delays or inability to perform services due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to severe weather, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
